These terms govern your use of reelarc.com and any demo reel production, career coaching, or related services (the “Services”) provided by Reelarc (“Reelarc,” “we,” “us”). By booking a call, submitting a form, or purchasing a package, you agree to these terms.

Our Services

Reelarc produces cinematic actor demo reels, original scenes, and career strategy services for actors in New York City and Los Angeles. Specific package inclusions, timelines, and pricing are described on our services pages and confirmed with you before booking.

Booking a Session

Free strategy calls can be booked through our Cal.com widget or by phone. Booking a call does not obligate you to purchase a package. A production date is only reserved once a deposit or full payment has been made, as described in our Refund Policy.

Payment

Package pricing is as quoted to you at the time of booking. We offer flexible, split-payment plans on select packages; the specific schedule will be confirmed with you in writing before you commit. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Prices are subject to change for future bookings but will not change for a package you’ve already paid a deposit on.

Your Responsibilities

To deliver a great final product, we need you to show up prepared: respond to scheduling requests promptly, provide accurate information about your goals and availability, and arrive on time and camera-ready for your scheduled shoot. Repeated no-shows or last-minute changes may affect your production timeline and are subject to our Refund Policy.

Intellectual Property & Usage Rights

You own the final demo reel and materials we deliver to you, and are free to use them for your acting career, including submissions, your reel site, and personal social media.

Reelarc retains the right to use the scenes, footage, photos, and any behind-the-scenes content produced during your session for our own portfolio, marketing, advertising, and social media, unless we agree otherwise with you in writing before your shoot.

No Guarantee of Results

A great demo reel is a career tool, not a guarantee. Casting decisions, representation offers, auditions, and bookings depend on many factors outside our control. Reelarc does not guarantee any specific career outcome, and testimonials or client results shown on our site reflect individual experiences, not typical or expected results.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Reelarc’s total liability for any claim arising from our Services is limited to the amount you paid us for the Services giving rise to the claim. Reelarc is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost career opportunities.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The “Effective” date above reflects the most recent version. Continued use of our site or Services after a change means you accept the updated terms.
