Reelarc (“Reelarc,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) produces cinematic actor demo reels and career launch services in New York City and Los Angeles. This policy explains what information we collect through reelarc.com, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information We Collect

We collect information in a few ways:

• Information you give us directly — when you submit our “Start Your Reel” form or a resource download, we collect your name, email, phone number, city, package interest, career goals, and how you heard about us. If you book a call through Cal.com, that information is collected directly by Cal.com and shared with us.
• Payment information — if you book a package, payment is processed directly by Stripe. We do not receive or store your full card number; we receive confirmation that a payment was made.
• Information collected automatically — like most websites, we and our advertising partners automatically collect some technical information when you visit, including your IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and referral source, along with ad-attribution identifiers (such as UTM parameters, Google Click ID, and Facebook Click ID) when you arrive from an ad.
• Cookies and similar technologies — we use the Meta (Facebook) Pixel and Google Ads conversion tracking to measure the performance of our advertising. These set third-party cookies in your browser. Embedded tools like our Cal.com booking widget and YouTube videos may also set their own cookies.

How We Use Your Information

• Respond to your inquiry and follow up about our services
• Schedule, produce, and deliver your booked session
• Process payments and manage your account with us
• Send you emails about our services, resources, or promotions (you can unsubscribe anytime)
• Measure and improve the performance of our advertising
• Comply with legal obligations and protect against fraud or misuse

How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it with the service providers that help us run our business, including:

• Stripe — payment processing
• Cal.com and iClosed — call scheduling and booking management
• Kit (ConvertKit) — our email newsletter and marketing platform
• Resend — transactional emails (like confirming your inquiry)
• Google and Meta — advertising measurement and, where you’ve consented, marketing
• Vercel — our website hosting infrastructure

Each of these providers only receives the information needed to perform its function, and is bound by its own privacy practices.

Your Choices

• Every marketing email we send includes an unsubscribe link.
• You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though some site features may not work as well.
• To request a copy of the information we hold about you, or to ask us to delete it, email guy@reelarc.com.

Data Retention

We keep your information for as long as needed to provide our services, maintain business records, and comply with legal obligations. If you ask us to delete your information, we will do so except where we are required to retain it (for example, financial records related to a completed transaction).

Children’s Privacy

Our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we can’t guarantee absolute security.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Effective” date above reflects the most recent version. Continued use of our site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
