A notice of cancellation/postponement must be given to the Company 72-hours prior to the shoot start time as agreed upon by the Client. Should the Client fail to provide the Company with the required 72-hours notice, the Client will be subject to a fee equal to all production costs associated with the scheduled shoot. This shall include, but will not be limited to, cost of: location, crew, equipment rental, travel, administrative work, etc. The Client agrees that this fee is subject to variables, so the Company will create an itemized invoice detailing the exact amount due. The Client agrees, in advance, to pay the total amount due upon receipt.
